Terms of service

These terms cover projects delivered by Orda Studio. They are a plain-English summary of how we work, not a substitute for a signed agreement on larger engagements.

Quotes and payment

Every project is quoted as a fixed price before work starts. The quote covers the scope described in it; changes to that scope are re-quoted before we act on them. Unless agreed otherwise, half is payable on kickoff and the balance on handover.

Delivery

Each quote carries a delivery date. If we miss it for reasons within our control, you are not charged for the delay. Dates assume we receive the content, access and feedback we ask for; long gaps on your side move the date.

Ownership

On final payment, everything we produce for you is yours: code, design files, generated assets, and any domain or hosting accounts we set up. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

AI-generated material

Some imagery, video and copy is produced with AI tools licensed for commercial use, then edited by us. You receive the final files and the source assets. We will tell you which parts of a deliverable were generated this way.

Liability

We are liable for the work we deliver, up to the value of the project. We are not liable for lost profits or for third-party services (hosting, payment providers, app stores) going down.
